Thrift Shop by Macklemore started playing as I started this video, and it matched pretty well. There were a few "Whoa!" song calls that matched when he almost hit something.

I love second hand/thrift stores for clothes. Jeans for six bucks. T shirts for a buck or two. How can you not love that. Plus every once in awhile you just may find a pair of cool old school Pumas(size 9 1/2) from back in the day(forever looking ).

Okay, I did like that thrift store video, but for some reason now I just hate Macklemore with a passion. It's not even that he's done anything to me to make me hate him personally. I just do. Never even met him. Anyways, all I know is that he better stay the hell off my lawn.

Which he must have gotten from a second hand thrift store considering the number of hot pixels in the video.

I heartily concur sir, as the last 2 months in a row have netted me two (count 'em) 2, perfectly functional as the day Sony made 'em, sports walkmanz (in Sony yellow), one with, one without AM/FM radio, both cassette players fully functional as the day they were made to last forever.

Uhhh, the am/fm receivers in those things?? Long and strong, highest quality imaginable.

Uh....one was 5 dollars new in the box from a garage sale, one form a thrift store for $4.04. Incidentally, when these things were on the top of Xmas lists new...they cost about $125-$150 US back in early 80's dolla-Do the math, bitches.

Really, I'm just so tired of all these retro-fetishist, nature-romanticist hipsters with their beards and their work boots and their flannel shirts, treating masculinity as an accessory because they honestly just don't know any better. They're all just perpetual adolescents who for the life of them cannot seem to figure out what it means to become an adult. So they try to find shortcuts.

Dylan was pretentious, but he was also a genius lyricist. Seriously, no bandwagon here, and I don't know if I'd call him the greatest songwriter of all time, but... he was good. Dylan was also highly political, and could be fairly incisive, while these confused little boys, all these hipster douchebags who seem to think that honesty can be bought at a thrift store, only ever sing about flowers and trees and broken hearts.

And they're all the same. Always. As a group, they are so homogenous that it becomes offensive to me.
