The scary thing is, waterboarding is only what the spooks have admitted to. So if this is what our professional liars are willing to let out, what are they not telling us about?

Anything is possible, since it seems there has been no progress on this in 10 years, but the artist claims there is a solution. The other solutions may be clues to the answer, but I suspect it is impossible for anyone outside of the CIA to solve it.
