Ryan Gosling on Steve Carrell
>> ^BoneRemake:
You know he is Canadian ? AND WAS ON THE MICKEY MOUSE CLUB ? ?
Yeah, he lived with Justin Timberlake and his family while he was on it.
The Best and Worst Movies of 2011 (Cinema Talk Post)
I haven't seen any of your worst 10 which pleases me greatly.
Hanna, Super 8, Tree of Life, and Melancholia all fall into "ok/good but not great" for me.
Drive is teetering on the edge of awesome just for style alone... or perhaps I'm just biased because Ryan Gosling is such a fucking babe. (But he really is a great actor too -- everyone should see Lars and the Real Girl and Half Nelson.)
I really enjoyed X-Men: First Class.
I haven't seen it yet but I'm excited about Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy because of the fucking amazing cast.
Ryan Gosling's Girlfriend Is Really Annoying

.....this is my current gf to a tee.....I hate my life..
I have none.
God is an Asshole (Louie CK)
It's actually a great movie..
And yeah.. I said something very similar a couple weeks ago:
>> ^Trancecoach:
I love his show. It's one of the smartest and funniest programs on television. There's often a very subtle, yet powerful message in each program about modern life -- usually something rarely seen on television.

Jews too.
Ever seen the movie, "The Believer?"
In it, an Orthodox Jew (played by a young Ryan Gosling) becomes a neo-nazi skinhead because this story, and its interpretation, just strikes him as so much bullshit... >> ^ChaosEngine:
I really don't know how any christian is ok with that story. Even as a kid it struck me as wrong. God just comes off as this needy psychopath.
Sounds like a movie about a moron that trades one set of stupid ideas for another. I'm convinced that Louie is the best show on television now...not best comedy...best show.

the believer cafe scene starring ryan gosling-intense racism
touché!
BTW, did you know that Ryan Gosling started out in the Mickey Mouse Club with Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, and Britney Spears? I certainly didn't!

He isn't.
Project selection is as much of the craft of acting as the method of acting, itself.

Anyway, I think Gosling was really good in this, but I wouldn't say he's a great actor.
The Notebook? Really?
Ed Norton, on the other hand...
That's like saying Leo Dicaprio isn't a great actor. The Titanic, really??
That's why Ed Norton was in Incredible Hulk 2 then I guess?

Great movie.
I especially like the description of Jew's seeking the Ein Sof... "nothingness without end."

That was serious acting. I am impressed, and it's been awhile.
Because he's actually a Neo-Nazi...it's not hard to act like yourself...actually for some people it is...well I guess I'm wrong then.
Haha, are you being ironic?

Ryan Gosling is my second favourite (imo) underrated actor after Sam Rockwell. If anyone hasn't seen Lars and the Real Girl, I massively recommend it! And obviously Half Nelson.

you rock doll!
thankies =)
