this is about authority and respect (translate:FEAR) of authority.
if you do not show the proper respect (FEAR) there are certain police officers who will become highly irritated and decide to exercise their authority until you show the proper respect (FEAR).

these folks will be detained and then released to go about their merry business.
but it will not be actually merry will it?
because all their assumptions concerning:rights,fairness and how they perceive america just got destroyed and all that is left is a bitter cynicism.

this has nothing to do with justice or keeping the borders safe and secure.this has everything to do with "RESPECT MY AUTHORITY".

just sit down.shut up and obey.
