it was rough in a comedy sense. he might as well have made a "my wife is always nagging" joke. even if you hate trans people, it wasn't a clever joke. and honestly, comedians using "woke culture" and trans people as jumping off points is so fucking boring. they've rarely added anything to the conversation are rarely funny. it's unfortunate that a lot of my favourite comedians are still doing those kinds of bits.

Seth Meyers is my go to guy when i want to know the low down on daily politics. He's absolutely the only way i can stomach it. Also the rest of them are rarely funny (imo) *promote

Well he has/is. He used to do 2 AVGN's a month; he cut them back to one a month about 6 months ago so he can focus on other projects. Some of which he's uploaded to spiketv.com and cinemassacre.com

Canada wins at Comedy. Brits are runners-up.

If you don't believe me, google "Just for Laughs Comedy Festival", "Winnipeg Comedy Festival", or even just "Canada Comedy" on youtube.

Americans for the most part suck at comedy. When I go to the local yuk-yuks (Canadian Franchise comedy clubs) I can always tell who the Americans are...they're so loud and bossy, and rarely funny.

AND - 13% of Americans are afraid of Mexican Immigrants...the other 87% are afraid of Canadians, after we laid the Canuck smack-down on their pansy-asses the last time we felt like showing them who's boss.

My thoughts exactly. Its too bad we don't have anyone with any real sense of humor or wit on any Canadian talk shows. I know there's Rick Mercer but he gets really annoying at times and is rarely funny anymore.
