Choggie kicked off the Sift again? (Wtf Talk Post)

seriously, blankfist has been baiting burdy with racist comments for MONTHS. he harasses people with asshole dick-ish comments constantly. he abuses his crown privileges to fuck with people who OBVIOUSLY don't appreciate it. and he most likely creates tons of joke sock-puppets. i would never ever vote to ban that douchebag. but the idea that we have a collective shit-gasm over choggie's bad behavior while simultaneously choosing to collectively ignore/encourage it out of assgravy over there is one of the reasons why i will ALWAYS vote against banning/siftquisistions . and the reason i think you're all a bunch of fucking assholes.

You need to get off my nuts, lady. Everything you're saying is speculative and unfounded. I'm not baiting burdy. We're good friends who had a recent argument we got over. For the record, I like Patti Smith and listen to her regularly on my iTunes. I'm not abusing any crown privileges, and even if I was I think that would be taken care of in some way or another by dag and lucky. And I have zero sock puppets. You're just trying to be a little shit starter. [OMITTED] And your punctuation is atrocious. Capitalize a sentence or two, please. Now go away.

Strange. Patti Smith. Rock n' Roll N word. You know the song, right? I watched Natural Born Killers last night because my gf never saw it before, and that song was in the movie. I was being random, I suppose.

Ummm.. am I missing some crucial context here, or are you just being strange.

How to be Punk

peggedbea says...

hey! lets have a music in history thread inspired by how terrible this was
ill start:
after museful consideration i have to say that i agree with homer simpsons assertion that rock attained perfection in 1974 and anything that i can think of is either 1)directly and obviously influenced by something from this era or 2) influenced by something influenced from this era
in 1974 you have: lou reed and the velvet underground, the ny dolls, the kinks, stevie wonder, jackson 5, the rolling stones, frank zappa, patti smith, aretha franklin, david bowie, eric clapton, rod stewart, led zepplin, johnny cash, paul simon, neil young, bob dylan, and the waning days of the beatles... sure really really good things came before, but 74 seems like the perfect blending point of old and new. where the forces that were powerhouses and founding fathers of rock n roll met and mingled with the new wave and poof...

your turn go!
