Generally yes, they either rupture themselves or, in most cases, the swelling and infection eventually subside. My father is prone to sty infection, and in some instances they've progressed to a stage that his doctor has had to crack 'em open. With a nutcracker.

I'd hate to create a blanket statement, but almost all of the time theism (specifically Christianity) is "debunked" or ridiculed or debated or what have you, the fuel for those arguments are immature theologies that dont belong outside of children's Sunday school.

I'm an atheist, but I love Christmas time. I even like the explicitly religious Christmas carols. To me, Christmas is best embodied by things like a Christmas Carol or the Nutcracker that have little to do with Jesus, but a lot to do with just being a good person.
