Ok Go's New Video Shot In Zero-Gravity
No wires or greenscreen, but there is a little editing right? Please tell me there's a little editing because otherwise how long did this take? I guess if there's 21 flights it must have had cuts or edits... or was that practice?
Did the stewardess spinning circle looked a little edited in? It's so good, i want to see the making of now!
The Best DJ in the World...wait for it
I'm wondering if what he's messing around with is possibly in front of the unit that has no wires going to it. There are some wires on the right hand side of it between it and the laptop like device that one of them seems to go to, the other I can't tell, either goes to a microphone of a block to the side. The angle makes it hard to tell for sure, either way it looks like he's more reacting to the music than controlling it.
Supersonic joystick will make you rap like a white man!
No wires- the original wiimote!
'Perfect Woman' robot: They plan on marketing to single men
Seems wildy fake.
1) The French were never big in robotics, a Japanese man provides credibility
2) Website features a very human woman donning costumes and apparently using cosmetics to appear "plasticky" (another video on the website)
3) No wires? The most advanced robot today can only operate an hour before the next charge
4) The website promises "48 hour delivery" and warns "batteries not included"... sometimes you gotta know where to stop the joke and retain some semblance of credibility
I hope the only sucker here is the one who bankrolled this operation...
Top 10 Jackie Chan Fight Scenes
Not a bad list. Though I'd have to say that #3 is the greatest fight scene ever. I really love Jackie Chan. I love that, even though everything is choreographed, it's still always just the actors and their props. No trick photography, no wires, and no animation. On top of that, his fight scenes contain their own plots and humor and all sorts of other little details. If you know his history too, you come to appreciate the scenes based on his relationships with the people involved and the way he grew up.
He was also a big role model to me based on the fact that a lot of his scenes are just really creative ways to run away or avoid actually fighting.
Anyway...
Oh, yeah... and this wouldn't work in a real street fight.
Amazing grace: Flying manta ray
I looked as close as I could and saw no wires attached to it. Is it R/C? Either way, it's pretty cool.
TV still has no f*cking idea how games work
I also really like how he just walks into the bedroom and grabs the totally disconnected stand-alone XBox that has no wiring or even power cable. He's goood!
Microsoft "Surface" - The Possibilities

soon they will develop this so that it can fit in thin spaces, such as embedded in a wall or any other surface (or even flexible!!!) i want one of those gigantic wall sized ones from perceptivepixel
Harold Lloyd: Shimmie Dancing Prohibited
Lloyd was my fav. comedic acrobat ala Vaudeville-
Every stunt you see him do is him do....and where do, too.
The famous clock tower and skyscraper sequences, no wires, no nets.
The good ol days.
Sit ..... Good Boy ... Shake ... Good Boy!!
"No wire hangers EVER, kitty!"
The Real Thing - No Movie Magic
I'm not so sure about the "no movie magic" title. These things looked like they were rehearsed, much like a movie. The events depicted in movies should be made to seem like it was spur of the moment, but that again requires lots of practice before they actual filmed. I guess you can say there were no wire harnesses, CGI, smoke and/or mirrors. Had these guys been leaping 20 feet in the air and balancing on a single sword blade, then I would reconsider.
