Heard this on the news this morning, very sad. He was responsible for so many great moments from the 80's and 90's, his stories really defined what it meant to be a youngster then, as well as being great movies.

Thank you Mr. Hughes, I hope when you left this world you got played into the sunset with simple minds.

There are less people out of work now than the 1981 recession, despite the LIES of the Obamessiah that we're mired in Great Depression II.
