Living in the San Fran Bay area i've often thought how easy it would be to shut down the entire regional area for days with little more than 4-5 strategically placed burning 'hazmat' tanker trucks.

I would just manually edit the number in the address bar. I know this is low tech, but it's also how I handle it on most other large sites.

2. Refer to the top....my uplink sucks, and sometimes when I hit edit, I'll backspace and lose the page, adding fuel, to an already, out-of-controll, blaze of disdain, and revenge.
