He was good in Control Room, while it was clear he was constantly forced to be on message due to his ties to the US military he did talk candidly on camera about all the incredible people in the Arab world he had met day after day, and that means so much more. Which it's not, I don't understand would people prefer it we don't know about these things? Kept away neatly by the government for reasons of National Security? You know so we don't remember that we've been chasing the wrong war the whole time?
