Paint Stripper
There should be nothing wrong with nudity for any sake. Nudity is a natural freedom that is unnaturally restricted and incorrectly considered as something which requires special circumstances. What about expression as the circumstance?
I was not aroused (And even if I was, so what?) but I enjoyed their natural beauty and the clever approach to the nude. Is a painting of a nude somehow more acceptable than a filmed nude? What is the point of either art form, if not the simple and profound concept of human dignity. Not a peep show any more than a series of nude paintings. Both are artistic expressions.
Meh, nudity for the sake of being naked. That video with the nudists and the clothes-gun-toting hunters made more of a statement. This is just a peepshow.
Best/Worst Entertainment of 2012 Thread (Cinema Talk Post)

It's funny, I guess the grass is always greener - but I think UK TV is the best in the world:
Peep Show
Downton Abbey
Would I Lie to You
QI
Merlin
Sherlock
Now Australian TV on the other hand ... don't get me started.
I won't go on about the worst as I'm just trying to forget them and it's boring.
FILMS
Dredd. Well cast, looks great, a lean story and a well wrought vision of Mega-City One. Loved it. The soundtrack is great as well.
The Avengers. More superhero films should be made like this, particularly when handling multiple characters. Better than any of the preceding films that built up to it.
GAMES
Far Cry 3. Haven't finished it but this is a wonderful open-world shooter/stalker/explore-em-up. A self-contained world that totally convinces.
X-Com. Great remake/reboot/whatever. This could have gone wrong so easily but speaking as a fan of the orginal 1994 classic, this got far more right than it got wrong.
BOOKS
Sadly, I don't recall reading much this year. In fact I may not have read a book at all. A friend is obsessed with Murakami so I may start there in 2013.
MUSIC
I'm accumulating music fairly organically and randomly from Youtube viewing, games and other sources. But I can't really recall any of the big releases this year. The one thing that made me smile though was Gangnam Style.
TV
Just Breaking Bad. TV is so bad in the UK right now I've long stopped watching it.

Behind the scenes of Peep Show [Part I]
So true. It's car-crash comedy, in that David Brent vein of truth in profound ugliness. It's a crime there are only six episodes a season. >> ^EvilDeathBee:
Took me a while to get into Peep Show, but at the insistence of some of my friends I did manage it and it really is one of the best sitcoms around. Agonising to watch most of the time, but consistently fantastically hilarious

Mitchell and Webb send up American TV
Sorry to be a downer but i never found any of their sketch stuff funny. I haven't watched enough Peep Show but what I saw was good.

never liked the sketch show but loved peep show
This wasn't their best sketch. Like any sketch show there's ups and downs (which they did a sketch about) but there was so much gold in there

Peep Show - A Sausage Is Missing
>> ^EvilDeathBee:
Watching this episode the other day gave me a massive craving for bangers and mash. I stopped it in the middle and went to the shops, looking for decent sausages here
Haha amazing! Did you find any?
Peep Show - Learner Driving Under Extreme Pressure

...huh?
Whassup?
Mitchell and Webb - What If The Germans Won The War?
Took me some effort to get into Peep Show, i'm so bad at those really painful comedies, no matter how goddamn hilarious they are (like Extras). Trick I used was to play Boarderlands (a simple, straight forward, grinding game with NO story and/or cutscenes) while watching it, so I had a bit of a distraction for when it got really painful thus never receiving the full brunt of the agony.
Now I can watch it no problem, and I'm amazed at how it's still just as good in series 7 as it has ever been. Brilliant show!
Mitchell and Webb - What If The Germans Won The War?
This is peep show, not mitchell and webb. Unless they wrote a bit for a mitchell and webb episode. But they don't write peep show iirc.
I was curious about this, as I'd always assumed Peep Show was written by Mitchell (it just smelled like his writing I guess). Wikipedia says:
The television programme is written by Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain, with additional material by Mitchell and Webb themselves, amongst others
