The commentary is definitely worth it (I especially liked the Lincoln bit), but the audio recording at the end is what makes this worthy of a promote; these are government officials in a government building discussing government's use of the taxpayer's dollar, and not only does this woman deliver a baptist-like sermon, but members of the assembly "amen" her!
