This is peep show, not mitchell and webb. Unless they wrote a bit for a mitchell and webb episode. But they don't write peep show iirc.


I was curious about this, as I'd always assumed Peep Show was written by Mitchell (it just smelled like his writing I guess). Wikipedia says:

The television programme is written by Jesse Armstrong and Sam Bain, with additional material by Mitchell and Webb themselves, amongst others

I can never tell which ones I post are going to have (comparatively) broad appeal in advance. I post ones I like, and sometimes one other person votes and other times a whole lot of people vote.

I think only one, or perhaps two, of mine have ever sifted without a trip to my pqueue... and there's still almost 35 hours for yours before it goes there

It used to be a quite well liked straight police show about a quiet police station called Sun Hill. Then the writers decided that it was too boring that way and made it more, uhm, soapie. After that every episode has been completely OTT, and there's been a major crime wave in Sun Hill ever since (including the officers).

You probably needed to know this to get the clip.
