^I agree.
Also, if you look at other vids of Cesar Huesca it seems strange that he's falling behind the other two in the public voting. http://gtridol.com/entries/top_rated
My humble opinion from the vids I've seen is this: Gustavo is a great ('hitting the notes') guitar player, but he lacks certain subtle techniques.. and it seems he applies the same 'style' to all the songs he plays. (Also.. the backing track used on his main entry seems to have been stolen from a cheese factory.)
MattRach and Cesar both seem to be better musicians, and I think Cesar might be the best guitarist out of all three.. I guess we'll leave it to the professional judges to decide at the live competition. (Assuming all three competitors can afford the flights, etc.)
Apparently these amazing players need to *beg for a few more votes!

If you watch any of these vids on YouTube, it's hard to not notice there's a Guitar Idol 2008 competition going on!
Here's a selection of a few of the other competitors (in vague order of current public vote rank):

Some are youtube vids and some are only audio; they all have info on the artists themselves. As far as I can tell, these are all original pieces of music.
A little bit about the competition http://www.alloutguitar.com/feature/guitar_idol_the_story_so_far
