You Wouldn't Like O-Ren Ishii When She's Angry

The end of her monologue gives me chills every single time. She would have been a much better Bride over the tall, lanky, awkward, ugly actress cokehead Quentin Tarantino loves so dearly. I hope they make similar roles for Lucy Liu to demonstrate her ass-kicking ability.

Well, I certainly never liked her stupid English accent in this Japanese monologue. Only dent in an otherwise brilliant movie.

At least she tried. But making her a "Japanese-Chinese American" was a bit of a stretch. I'm sure Tanaka was more worked up about her horrible accent than the fact she isn't a pure bred Japanese!
