What are Antibubbles?

PBS Digital Studio- Science Girl: What are those beads of liquid we often see rolling across another liquid surface? When do you see them? Sometimes a liquid squirted into another traps a skin of air completely around it keeping the two from mixing temporarily. The trick involves soapy water. Cool little household experiments and play which are great to photograph.
