No. Offsides is determined by the position of the pass receiving player at the time the ball is kicked. He just started at the right moment while still behind the imaginary offsides line (determined by the last defender) and was then quick enough to get away.

Watched it again. At :56 the first guy received the pass legitimately. Then there were 3 offensive players against the goalie. The off-sides pass was made at 1:00.

I also like the ball-stuck-in-mud at :16.
