Since 1923, drivers from around the globe have traveled to Le Mans, France, to compete in the world's oldest sports car endurance race.

Moving this video to lurgee's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.

And yet no mention of the crash in the 1950s that killed more than 80 people.

On a funny-but-not-haha-funny note, this race had enough accidents and casualties that there is a Wikipedia page dedicated to this topic:
