This is a new video with a more clear angle released by SPEED. Josh Herrin and Dane Westby were dicing away, fighting for position on the high-banks of the final lap when herrin's left elbow came into contact with Westby's brake lever, locking up the front brake at over 170 MPH, with predictably disastrous results. Westby goes down, taking Taylor Knapp with him. After sliding into the gravel trap down in the midfield, they both walk away.
