sy hersh's controversial book on the capture of bin laden has been widely criticized by both the obama administration and the CIA.hersh has also been criticized by people in his own profession:investigative journalists:

the main criticism is hershs use of anonymous sources and his refusal to reveal who they are,but when we consider that the obama administration has declared war on whistleblowers,prosecuting more than any other president combined,hershs decision to keep his sources anonymous makes perfect sense in that context.
