pragmaticksays...It says everything that this is marked NSFW.
brendotroysays...pragmatick, I marked the vid "nsfw" because I know that I would not want my boss walking in while I was watching a video of two people (boys, girls, men, or women, real or CGI) making out or audio like "let's make out". I think it's better to err on the side of caution when marking things "nsfw", but that's just me.
As for the post title, I personally have no problem with the vid (other than perhaps with the overdone voice acting), but it's sure to create controversy among video game critics and social conservatives, alike. We'll see what Joe Lieberman has to say about this.
Crazy-drummersays...actually you could already do this sort of thing in "Fable: the lost chapter", i believe it's not going to stop but is going to spread to more games.
After all, you are supposed to feel free to do whatever you want to in these sort of games, including this.
TimothyChenAllensays...All your rights are belong to you
Farhad2000says...Lies, you could enter into homosexual relationships back in Star Trek Elite Force, which would give you the arbitrary choice of being female or male though the romance bit of it was not removed if you played opposite sexes.
I think leading up to November 7th 2006, the American government and it's people have far more important things to worry about.
brendotroysays...Farhad, you're definitely right that the gov't and most of its people have more important things to worry about, but not bloggers! C'mon, if we can't discuss this stuff, what are we going to talk about ... politics? progress? Psssht!
Farhad2000says...But even so, considering what GTA:San Andreas had and what this is, I don't think the impact would be quite the same. Considering overall the entire game is really a harmless affair.
brendotroysays...Oh, I agree completely. I just think that it's sadly likely to generate a lot of (more) heat for Rockstar for not only the whole "bullying" theme and the boy-on-boy action. But yeah, I agree.
Upvote, y'all!
Farhad2000says...I believe they really toned it down, am sure Rockstar could have made it a inner city ghetto school with school gangs, shootings and emerging drug pushing to students... Having seen what happened with GTA:SA they pulled it back some.
