Sometimes the job doesn't seem worth the pay

This was in April, 2015 in Shanghai. Some poor guys were sent out to clean the windows on the World Financial Center in Shanghai, China, somewhere around 1000 feet up---and they shouldn't have been sent out on a free hanging gantry (not locked to the building, obviously). I think a lot of American buildings are designed with automatic cleaning systems, probably because labor costs so much otherwise.

Apparently, they survived, but had injuries (hopefully, minor)---and the building took damage too, that required repair (where is Michael Falk when you need him?)

So: Apparently, no OSHA operating there...
