Shaq vs is a show where Shaquille O'Neal attempts to beat everyone else in their own profession... In this episode, Shaq decides to fight Oscar De La Hoya in boxing... Now I can't say how fair it is to fight someone half your size, but you have to remember that Oscar has the experience going for him...

Still experience or not, Shaq demonstrates that he can still fight, although this still seems to be a one sided fist fight (against Shaq)... Note, this is the 2nd part of the fight...
