SC trooper tries to run down suspect thru apartment complex

A federal judge on Tuesday approved a deal that requires Lance Cpl. Alexander Richardson, a South Carolina trooper caught on video bumping a running suspect with his patrol car in April 2007, to perform about 100 hours of community service. (April 28)
