You say that like it's a good thing. That reminds me of a quote I once heard about Georgie Bush. "He'll believe the same thing on Wednesday as he did on Monday. No matter WHAT happened Tuesday."

Rock solid consistency is not a trait I admire in anyone. An ability to assess the facts and adjust your positions based on a changing world and a changing understanding of the world is far more important.
