corporate and political fat cats don't care about this, perhaps it's because they have some inside knowledge that it's okay (for them)? could it be something to do with the World Bank?

Yeah, what's that all about? Rotty, come on, this is a marketplace of ideas. If qualm wants to downvote a video, that should be his sifter right. If you disagree, please disagree, but to call him an anti-American asshole is, well, protected under the 1st Amendment (but not sift laws), but, still, it's way not cool, dude. Qualm is a great sifter. Let's play nice. Please.
