Crime TV, Singapore style.

Note the systematic and committee style methodology of the police-----and of the gang! The victim actually had to agree to be beaten up before they carried out the assault. Also, the gang used a timer of sorts to control the duration of the assault.

If only american gangs and police could be this efficient and precise!
