Raw video of DC shoot out today and how it started

(liveleak) Oct 3, 2013 - Brand new video obtained by Alhurra Television appears to show a black sedan speeding through the streets of Washington, D.C. as the driver fled from police before multiple shots rang out near the U.S. Capitol on Thursday.

The pursuit began when a car tried to ram a security barricade blocking the stretch of Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the White House, according to a law enforcement official who was not authorized to discuss the case by name and insisted on anonymity.

Witnesses said at least 20 police cars chased the vehicle toward Capitol Hill, where the car crashed outside the Capitol.
