A truly classic television program. If you've never heard of it, I'll bet you recognize the anti-escape orb which will chase down anyone who tries to escape. It got moleman in the cult episode of The Simpsons!

Don't they both mean the same thing? Either way, I'm pretty sure that he just said Number 6 is Number 1... I don't know anything about this series yet though. I've just got a hold on Vol 1 of the DVDs at the library.
