Nerf Vulcan Sentry Gun---autonomous target tracking

She's built an autonomously aiming Nerf Vulcan---
Very geeky---skip to 2:30 to see it tracking; skip to 4:00 to see how she programmed it to "safe" on seeing a particular logo, release to shoot when the logo is removed---then stop again when the color/logo comes out again.
For one person using a laptop, this seems impressive.
And a little scary.
Given where it's going.
