Maple Leaf CEO Apologizes for listeria

In August 2008 a listeria outbreak was attributed to a Maple Leaf plant that has since been shut down.

The CEO of Maple Leaf ran a spot apologizing for the loss of health and life... Taking responsibility.

I was really damned impressed when I saw this, especially when they're opening themselves up to serious financial pain by taking full responsibility on national television.
