A low budget way to remove a tattoo using just a Black and Decker detail sander. That scar and impending infection is going to be a bitch.

People stupid enough to permanently mark their bodies are evidently stupid enough to use low-quality power tools to remove said markings. For the love of man, a nice Dewalt or Porter-Cable would've done the job a lot faster...
