Large Russian Landing Ship Destroyed After Ukrainian Strike

Several videos showing the explosion of a large Russian landing ship after a Ukrainian ballistic missile strike in the port of Berdyansk appeared online.

The Orsk, a Alligator class landing ship, engulfed in flames and sank shortly after the strike.

With it a ammo depot and a larger fuel tank also got destroyed.

The video footage also shows two more Russian landing ships leaving the port shortly after with one of them burning too.

The Rapucha landing ships most likely left to avoid the flames and further potential missile strikes.

There have been claims made that stated the ship was hit because it got back tracked after Russia released a video of it in the port.

According to official statements the ship got hit at 7:00 am in the morning of the 24th of March 2022.
