Kosovo Declares Independence from Serbia - Crisis looming?

Feb 17 (REUTERS) - "Serbian Minister for Kosovo says Belgrade is responsible for all services where Serbs live and will only recognise one state.

Meeting at the end of the bridge which divides Kosovo's second city, delegations showed their support for Serbs living in the southern province on the day it declared independence."

Many western states back this; Serbia and Russia do not. What will happen now?
