WTF is wrong with New Zealand.[Youtube] "An ignorant Kapiti (New Zealand) local councillor, Dale Evans wears a KKK costume to make some confused point about national hoodie day and bore water issues. Nope, I don't get the link either.
And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, watch after 3:00 for the surprise unveiling. "
