Banana Muffin Recipe (from video)

3 Ripe Bananas !

1 Cup White Sugar
1 Egg
2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

I like to add chopped pecans and chocolate drops to mine (1/2 cup each). The ice cream scoop is a great tip.

Made some fresh today. Mmmmmmm fresh warm Muffins.
