As fail as this is, at least it shows his heart is in the right place... he stumbled home and had the notion that walking the dog was a priority to just crashing...

The dog, on the other hand, seems to just make a break for it at the end. I'll reserve judgement though, he might have had a Benji/Lassie moment and run to the nearest bar to bark at them in a "What is it girl? Trouble at the old mill??? Sven needs more vodka?" moment.
