Hey, it's The Chairman from Iron Chef...in a Videogame?

While replaying a classic DOS game from the mid-90's, lo-and-behold, I saw none other than the Chairman from Iron Chef America. Turns out he's not really a chairman after all but a doofy actor named Mark Dacascos.

In 1996, Dacascos appeared with Mark Hamill and Tom Wilson (Biff of Back to the Future fame) in an interactive PC videogame called Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom. I'm betting both Mr. Hamill and Mr. Wilson wish they had his sweet, sweet Iron Chef yen.
