Greenland Prison - Playstation 3? Foosball? Fishing Trips?

This prison in Greenland houses rapists, murderers, etc. but seems more like a vacation resort. They say they're focusing on rehabilitation rather than punishment.

What do you think? For myself, I'd like to see the recidivism rate...
