Microsoft should have heard all about how irritating it is to have a product suite changing it's layout. Look at Office and how each major release has stuff in completely different places for no other reason than them feeling like changing it.

Oh, and they are putting up internet based office suites too last I heard.

It's bad when you criticize the competition for the exact same things you do and try to do.

It's unfortunate that the YouTube likes/dislikes tally is in line with a Rick Santorum video. I'm not a proponent of either company, but Microsoft hits the nail on the head.
