Is this a statement about infinite recursion?

Is this a modern Dadaist commentary about how the strains of being a post-feminist beauty icon lead to a search for hallucinatory escapism through drug use?

The idea of Taylor being submerged under a sea of squirming kittens, until eventually only her hand is scene holding a bottle of Diet Coke aloft is disquieting...
