Former Seattle Police Chief Seeks End of Prohibition

Norm Stamper has a record of 34 years as a police officer, 28 in San Diego and 6 as Chief of Police for Seattle. He is the author of the book "Breaking Rank: A Top Cop's Expose of the Dark Side of American Policing" which among other issues calls for the end of drug prohibition and the drug war as we know it.
