movie scenes from the fantastic 1998 movie "Elizabeth" directed by shekkar kapur.these scenes are from later in the movie when queen Elizabeth (played by cate blanchett) at the behest of her advisor (played by geoffrey rush) systematically makes an example of those plotting against her.mainly people working with the roman catholic church who believe Elizabeth has no right to the throne according to church doctrine.
this is such a fantastic movie and if you have not seen this movie yet do not watch this post.do yourself a favor and go watch the movie.
