Dashboard Cam Catches Bad Teen Drivers

I've only heard about it, but watching this really put it to light why some drivers may need surveillance when they are driving. TEXTING behind the wheel???

Feel free to add the channel tags because I have no idea what channels to add this to. I guess I'll put * howto for a start, as in how to have big brother surveil your teen's bad driving habits!
