Alas, prop 8 passed in CA... guess those mormons are all happy happy unless they decide they don't like something.

While I was encouraged by the fact that racism seemed to be kept mostly at bay during the election, the way all three of these gay marriage bans passed makes me think we still have a lot of work as a country.

Propaganda makes me sick no matter the cause.

My brother is a Mormon in California. He told me about this ad and how horrible it was. Missionaries invading someone's home! How stupid!

I told him to imagine that he were the couple. He might just possibly feel exactly like that. Invaded.

Now there is some hate talk against Mormons. And they are saying -- see how gays really are? Not tolerant at all!

They give me such a headache.
