Controversial Red Flag 2008 lecture on F-15 vs. Su-30 MKI

Colonel Terrence Fornof, an F-15 pilot and the Director of the Requirements and Testing office at the United States Air Force Warfare Center, Nellis AFB, Nevada, lectures an audience with incredible details about the Indian Air Force Su-30 MKI performance at Red Flag 2008, on their tactics to beat F-22's and vector-thrust equipped Su-30MKI Indian Air Force bought from Russia. Col. Fornof, a highly experienced F-15 pilot, concludes that India's SU-30 MKI is overrated and does not fare well against F-15's and F-16's; also that the F-22 Raptor performs better than India's Su-30 MKI.

Very interesting if you're into this stuff.
