Finnish Kraut-/space-/psychrock band Circle playing on The Bus, described by the YT submitter as
"John Benson's amazing traveling rock behemoth, a former Oakland Police command unit, now transformed into a mobile all ages punk rock performance space". If you ever get the chance to see the band live, go. Amazing energy. Sound quality isn't great, but that's hardly the main thing here.
