He doesn't *really* want gay marriage, even if his daughter is a lesbian.

He's just advocating state rights. He'd rather this be a state-by-state issue, as opposed to a federal issue. Which is a fucking joke. Why should a marriage be recognized in one state, but not another? That's exactly the situation he's advocating.

I'm not with him on this. This is a half-assed endorsement, if any kind of endorsement at all.
