Carville: "There Are A Lot Of Clowns" In The GOP

On "State of the Union," James Carville says "there are a lot of clowns" in the Republican party, singling out chairman Michael Steele and Rush Limbaugh as examples, and that the party misses Dick Cheney, who was a "serious" figure for the GOP, and has "some gravitas when he speaks".

This on the heels of Dick Cheney saying the Bush administration "accomplished nearly everything" in Iraq.
